I’m Ashley Reed, a yoga instructor certified at the 300 hr level, with over 13 years of experience teaching in Sonoma county. I’m also a fitness instructor, ate a fully vegan diet for 13 years, am currently a rock climber, and have been a lifelong gymnast. I completed Sonoma County’s own half-ironman “Vine-man” in 2013 and it’s my absolute pleasure and joy to help both residents and visitors become the healthiest, strongest, and most peaceful versions of themselves, while finding scenic gems. I look forward to creating a customized package that uniquely meets your interests, supports where your weakness may lie, and challenges you where you may already be strong.
