Your health and fitness is a commitment that I take seriously. Each of my clients represents a significant investment of time, sweat, and energy on my part. Your payment supports my simple lifestyle, allowing me to do active hobbies between sessions, replace gear when it breaks, buy healthy food, and pay my bills. My rates reflect a lifetime of education in athletics that began at age 7 when I enrolled in gymnastics, and a mastery of human movement. I do not overcrowd my schedule, and I have a very high standard for the energy and attention through which each session is delivered. I am grateful for the relationships that have blossomed through mutual respect and care, both in understanding my policies and honoring my rates.
