Endurance Training

Endurance & Multi-Sport Training—built on movement, nutrition, and progressive training blocks.

My approach to endurance training is built on 28 years of professional-level movement experience—long before I ever guided others.
I began gymnastics at age seven, entering a world where progress is earned through discipline, precision, and consistent adaptation. As a competitive gymnast, I trained an extra 25 hours per week, mastering progressively more complex skills across four apparatus. Competitions provided real-time feedback on performance, shaping my understanding of how bodies adapt to training over time.
Since then, I’ve expanded my practice across yoga, rock climbing, calisthenics, weight training, dance, and Ironman-level endurance training. I’ve continually worked with coaches, studied extensively, and invested in my education, staying informed on anatomy, physiology, and current research. This foundation allows me to guide participants safely through progressive, sustainable training, combining skill, strength, and endurance.
My endurance programs pair beautifully with the 12-week Lifestyle Transformation Program, which integrates a strong nutritional foundation to support performance, recovery, and sustainable results.
I also draw inspiration from some of my favorite resources, including James Becinsale, MSc Olympic Coach’s The Triathlon Training Book, and Run to Lose by Jennifer Van Allen and Pamela Nivesvich Bede, RD, CSSD—helping me keep training smart, safe, and highly effective.
My training style is structured, individualized, and results-driven. Programs are designed to build strength, improve stamina, enhance overall performance, and keep you moving confidently—without unnecessary strain, burnout, or cookie-cutter approaches.
