
Ashley Reed is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor with more than 15 years of teaching experience in Sonoma County. In addition to her extensive yoga background, she is an accomplished fitness instructor with a lifelong foundation in movement as a competitive gymnast and dedicated athlete.
Ashley followed a fully vegan diet for 13 years and brings a thoughtful, holistic perspective to health and wellness. Today, she is an avid rock climber and continues to challenge herself through strength, endurance, and outdoor adventure. In 2013, she completed Sonoma County’s own VineMan Half-Ironman, demonstrating the same resilience and commitment she brings to her clients.
She takes great joy in helping both residents and visitors become the healthiest, strongest, and most peaceful versions of themselves—often while discovering the scenic beauty Sonoma County has to offer.
