If you want to transform on a cellular level, my 12 Week Holistic Transformation Program is for you. This nutrition and lifestyle modification program follows a weekly progression format, in which we address the psychology, availability, educational, and social components through food choices are made each moment and each meal of your life! We address cravings and nighttime eating. We address women’s cycles if that applies to you. We address how to get enough protein, and how to eat to gain muscle. We address how to eat if you are also taking a GLP-1. The list goes on. We will build a whole new framework together, including tools for handling every situation that may arise. This is a custom approach, which is flexible to include your unique starting point, health history, and final goal. If you adhere to the tenants of this program and follow it’s guidelines, I can guarantee you will come out the other side of these 12 weeks not only a transformed person physically, but likely mentally and emotionally as well.
